LAMONDALE

	Lamondale Biscou Biscou is Escondida’s first foal . He has a predisposition for jumping, in fact has been known to jump the paddock fences on the odd occassion ! No surprise given his pedigree - he is by Balou du Rouet and the first foal for our thoroughbred mare, Escondida. While she has not competed , Didi shows a quality that has proven her an exciting broodmare prospect. Her bloodlines speak of ‘performance’, and she displays balanced and expressive movement. She has shown a natural ability for extreme collection under saddle. At the 2009 ACE Assessment , Biscou scored a grand 79.5 % for movement and 76% for conformation , with an overall score of 77.75%. Biscou cannot help but become an exciting performance horse of the future. He is extremely well-balancd and free-moving with a lovely elevated front end. He is now offerred For Sale to a serious competiton home as his full sister , L. Bewitched , is being retained by the stud for a competition and breeding career in the future.
	Lamondale Reveller Rubin regards himself as rather special and rightly so. He displays all the attributes of a future top level competition horse. At the 2009 ACE Assessment he scored a total of 79.75 % , 80.50% for conformation and 79% for movement. Rubin has a wonderful temperament, elegant uphill conformation and quality balanced paces. Rubin combines some of the most influential bloodlines in modern warmblood breeding through his sire, Royal Hit . The dressage lines of Donnerhall and Rubinstein, combined with those of Ramiro Z ( SJ ) and Welt As ( known for champions Bonfire - dressage, and Leroy Brown - SJ ) are impressive to say the least. On the dam side is Lunchtime xx , a prolific producer of quality dressage horses and show hacks, and Mr McGinty xx , producer of talented showjumpers with Chris Chugg, amoungst others. Rubin has been bred to perform in all Olympic discilplines, only time will tell which direction that will take.
	Black Diamond 16.3 h.h., 6yo, blk/brown TB gelding ( Western Winter xx- SAF) Tall, elegant and naturally uphill 'Bibi' is a stunning , impressive type who is just made for the show ring. He is a beautifully bodied horse with correct conformation and blemish free . With a wonderful temperament, he is sensible , quiet and well-behaved both at home and at competitions. Bibi has a flowing and rhythmical trot, a naturally balanced , uphill canter and is uncomplicated to ride. He has spent the last 18 months in training doing dressage (novice) , show jumping and low level eventing. Sadly he does not display that extra 'toughness' needed to be an elite event horse prospect, and as such is now offered for sale.
	Regal Style 16.2, 13yo , is a compact mare with correct conformation , nice free paces, and an expressive trot. She had a successful dresssage career in Qld. , up to elementary level where she was always in the placings, and training all medium movements , until a simple injury changed her career status to broodmare. Dot is easy to handle, is well-versed and uncomplicated in all veterinary breeding procedures and a devoted , trouble-free mother she is also She has produced two quality foals , most recently our filly , by Cool Cat xx , who we have purpose bred for eventing. We are thrilled by the result, and as such will be retaining Lamondale Lunar Cat , aka Lily , as a future performance/ broodmare prospect . Dot has all the right genetics to produce top performance horses, being by Regal Salute ( Salute / Ludendorf ) out of a quality TB mare. She is the full sister of Regal Status , the winning Grand Prix showjumper currently being campaigned by Andrew Inglis. She will no doubt produce another impressive sport horse , this time for dressage, as she is currently in foal to Jive Magic.
	Statford Minardi Statford Minardi 16.2hh , 4 y.o., eye-catching black gelding. Mannie has three lovely, rhythmical paces , with a ground covering canter. With an absolutely unflappable temperament , he is very safe, honest and reliable. He is also extremely rideable and trainable. Competing Novice level dressage, he finds lateral work all so easy. He has a good technique ,as well as being a very brave and uncomplicated ride both show jumping and cross country. 	Statford Mateus Statford Mateus is an exceptionally quiet , honest and reliable 4 y.o., 15.3hh, WB mare. Combining the bloodlines of Aramis (imp), Pot Black xx, Genghis Khan and Grannus II , she is bred for performance. She is an absolute delight to work with, with her impeccable manners and lovely work ethic. Showing great talent over a fence . She is training Novice dressage and schooling over 1 m SJ . Bold and totally uncomplicated to ride XC / SJ, she is ridden in a snaffle for all phases and would be a great confidence builder for a nervous rider as she takes everything in her stride.
